What To Expect
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my therapy sessions I promote healing through processing significant events that occurred in childhood and also through the experiences that occur in the therapeutic setting . Also, I am a believer in the power of humor to heal, so please be prepared to have a little fun and shed some tears as well.
